One address, read by a human. There is no contact form, because a form would collect more about you than an email does.
Everything is read. Not everything gets a reply — corrections and bug reports always do, general feedback often does not.
Reporting an incorrect result
This is the most valuable thing you can send, and the easiest to act on if you include the right detail. Please send:
- The tool you used and the exact domain or URL you submitted.
- The transcript from under the result — select it and paste it in. It contains the timestamp and cache state, which is usually enough to reproduce the problem.
- What you expected instead, and what you checked it against.
Note that a cached result can legitimately disagree with a live lookup you run yourself. The transcript states the cache age, so check that first — it is the most common explanation.
Bulk or automated use
The endpoints here are rate limited per IP and per tool. The limits exist to protect the public infrastructure these tools query, not to upsell you — there is nothing to buy.
If you have a legitimate reason to run these checks at volume, write in and describe it rather than distributing the requests to work around the limit. Current limits are published on how we measure.
About our crawler
If you have seen requests from this site in your logs, they came from a check someone ran against your domain. The user agent is:

SiteCheckToolsBot fetches only publicly accessible content, checks robots.txt before requesting page HTML, sends no cookies, attempts no authentication, and retains nothing beyond the short cache lifetimes published on the methodology page. It is not a search crawler and does not spider — it fetches only what a specific user asked about.
To block it, disallow it in your robots.txt. It will comply, and the tool will tell the user it was blocked rather than showing them an empty result. If it ever misbehaves, email the address above and it will be treated as a bug.
Requesting a tool
The roadmap is on the homepage, in build order. Suggestions outside it are welcome, and the ones that get built are usually the specific ones: “I need to check X and every existing tool does Y instead” is far more actionable than a category.
Privacy of what you send
Emails are stored in an ordinary mailbox and are not added to any list. Nothing you send is published without asking first. See the privacy policy for what the site itself collects, which is very little.
